One of the first nice nights of the spring season in New York was during Ryan McGinley’s massive opening that shut down Grand Street in Soho. There was an afterparty in Chinatown at that crazy place B-East. Besides kickflipping out of the curb-cut drunk as shit in front of a large crowd, there was also some intense late night karaoke that I enjoyed with the likes of Julia Burlingham, Wade Oates, Fred Bebe, Jen Renoylds, Jason Nochimson, and Viktor Kerlow.
