Earl Simmons was released from a Los Angeles County lockup Thursday at 4:30 p.m. after serving 18 days of a 90 day sentence for probation violation, according to Sheriff’s Department records.
When he got locked up in 2009, DMX served 90 days last year after cutting a deal on drug possession and animal cruelty charges in Maricopa County, Arizona.
He was thrown back in the bing six months earlier this year after admitting to using cocaine while on probation.
